Similar to projects, ticket could be generated by admin or customer and it's meant to solve day to day problems and small mods. Tasks can then be entered for each ticket and time entries for each task or for the ticket itself.

If you click on "duplicate project" a dialog will open in which you chose the company the "new" projekt will be assigned to an things like the start date

I suggest an excel import function so that pm's are able to realize the following process:

1. Define project offline with excel (and by using certain templates)
2. import excel file with project data into todoyu
3. continue managing the projects online with todoyu

Advantage of creating projects offline in excel: Excel is a great tool to create project plans (i.e time & task planning) as excel files are easy to edit (which is especially important when projects are still under discussion).

If todoyu would be able to receive emails directly (like an issue tracker), that would be great.

It would be nice if you could define to get an email X-days before a task has to be done.

If it's possible to get an email every monday (and/or tuesday and/or wednesday ...) only when there are open task that should be done in the next x-days, that would be perfect.

It would be nice to be able to sort lists by clicking on their header.

For example when watching a filterView of tasks so i could sort them by their date of creation....

option to add milestones in projects, assign tasks to milestones and show them on calendar and filter screens (or use the current task containers as milestones with the above functions)

Should be nice, if container have a little statistic about task statuses inside.

In example, container contain 10 open tasks, 5 closed and 2 done
Draw box with 100px width and 2-3px height, and fill it like
10/17 red color
5/17 gray color
2/17 green color.

And put the count of all tasks inside container and all subcontainers near container's title.

A document or file management area would be excellent. With the ability to either tag/categorize or sort into folders related to OR unrelated to ANY project

A lot of what we do can be standardized. For example, when we launch a new customer web site we need to get product images, DNS information, page descriptions, etc. It would be nice to be able to quickly replicate these.

As a Webdesigner I start and stop the same task (Designing Website) serveral times. Every Start and Stop should generate a dataset (worked from ..untill) where I can note the things I have done.

Option to save project resolution as a wiki for research when similar projects are entered.

Allow for the login page (titles, widgets etc.) to be customized.

It would be great to have a list of all users currently logged in.

Currently in todoy, roles can be freely created and assigned to users. these roles define the rights of the user everywhere in the system. It might be useful that also roles could be assigned locally, e.g. for a project. For example if a user with the global role PM has a small task in a project, he should not have the right to do all things fo a PM. The solution would be a local role which is assigned to him in the context of this project. same for tasks etc.
